Taking place from April 25–27, 2025 at Camp Copneconic in Fenton, Michigan, this impactful weekend retreat is hosted by Connected in Motion, a leading organization in the diabetes support community.
Slipstream offers a unique opportunity for individuals managing Type 1 diabetes to gain new insights, build relationships, and explore new ways of living well with chronic illness. With a blend of education and adventure, it’s more than an event—it’s a movement.
