Our system generally supports the latest two major iOS versions for Apple devices and the latest three major Android versions. While your phone may be compatible with the Tandem system at the start of your warranty period, compatibility is not guaranteed for the entire duration. As mobile operating systems evolve, you may need to upgrade your phone to maintain compatibility with our system.

What are my infusion set options?

Your options are Trusteel, Varisoft, Autosoft: XC 30 90.

What tubing length can I use?

You can use the new 5 inch tubing or the 23, 32 and 43 inch tubing.

Where can I wear my Tandem Mobi?

You can wear it on body with a lightweight adhesive sleeve
(sold separately through Tandem Source Store), Clip it discreetly onto their clothes, or it fits inside the coin pocket.
